When we really step back and speak the fears out loud, they all sound so trivial, don’t they? But they take up so much space in our hearts and minds and it’s just hard to overcome them. I’ve been reminded just this weekend that I tend to drag all those fears around with me like a comfort blanket when really, they are just dragging me down.
